Dr. Christoph Kürn is lawyer and partner of the law firm Kürn Attorneys. He commands extensive experience in the juridical consultancy in issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions to company and banking law. As a legal advisor he accompanied various capital market transactions, for example the first placement of non performing loans in Germany for a saving bank. He is member of various advisory boards of German and American companies. In 1997 he earned his doctorate in law at the University Constance with a dissertation about "Mortgage–Backed-Securities, legal formalities and restrictions".
